What is a season?

A season is one calendar month: November 1 to November 30, then a new one starts. For crypto, days follow UTC time. Each new season, everyone starts from where their wallet is.

How do I join?

Joining is your choice. When you join, your username and your returns become public. You can leave any time.

How am I ranked?

By the return of your main wallet over the season: how much it grew from its value at the last close before the season started. If your wallet opened during the season, it counts from your starting amount.

TraderStart of seasonNowReturnRank
Ana$1,000$1,200+20%#1
Ben$10,000$11,200+12%#2
Cy$100,000$110,000+10%#3
Di$10,000$9,500−5%#4

It is the percentage that counts, not the dollars. Ana made $200 and beats Cy’s $10,000, because +20% is more than +10%.

Who gets ranked?

  • You need at least one trade in the season.
  • Resetting your wallet during the season takes you off until next month.
  • Practice portfolios never count; only your main wallet does.
  • Pro never helps you rank. Everyone competes on the same rules.

What do the rank badges after names mean?

Next to a username you may see this season’s rank in the post’s market:

RankBadge
#1Crown and #1
#2 and #3Medal and the number
#4 to #100The number, like #59
101 to 200Top 200
201 to 300Top 300 (and so on)
901 to 1,000Top 1000
Past 1,000No badge

What is the Leaderboard channel?

A Community channel only for this season’s top 1,000 traders who haven’t reset their wallet. Climb into the top 1,000 to read and post there.

What do I get for a good season?

Finishing in the top 10 of a season earns a badge on your profile that stays: Champion for #1, Podium for #2 and #3, and Top 10 for #4 to #10.
